JELLY ROLL AND FILLING 
7 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes on cookie sheet. Do not grease cookie sheet. Roll cake off when done.

FILLING:

3/4 can (tall) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1/2 juiced lemon
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch

Cook on low heat until thick. Spread on cake. Roll into roll. Top with icing.
