COUNTRY APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced raw apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Beat together sugar oil and eggs.

Sift together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture, then add the apples, vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.

Bake 325°FF. for 1 hour.
