SUMMER LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped zucchini squash
1/2 c. chopped yellow squash

Prepare lemon Jell-O by package directions using large bowl. Chill until almost set. Stir in all finely chopped vegetables. Chill until set. Serve on bed of lettuce, topped with small dab of mayonnaise for garnish.
