SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE | |
3 c. powdered sugar 2 cubes soft butter 5 eggs, whipped 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3 c. cake flour 8 oz. sour cream 3 tbsp. vanilla Cream sugar and butter until smooth and creamy. Add whipped eggs and beat-mix together. Add cake flour slowly into sugar-butter-egg mixture. Beat some more. Add sour cream, salt, soda and mix some more. Add vanilla and mix some more. Pour batter into large fluted pan (Teflon or floured) and bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top for decoration. |
