WHEAT WAFFLES 
2 c. flour (1 c. white & 1 c. wheat)
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey or sugar
1 3/4 c. milk (2/3 c. non fat dry milk & 1 3/4 c. water)
4 tbsp. salad oil
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together, including nonfat dry milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. For lighter waffles, separate eggs. Beat egg whites an carefully fold in. Makes 8 waffles.

HONEY BUTTER:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. honey

Whip softened butter. Add vanilla and egg yolk. Add honey gradually while whipping. Makes 1 cup.
