3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. water
4 1/2 c. milk, heated
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into plastic popsicle cups and freeze.
