SUPERB LONDON BROIL 
1/2 c. Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2 med. garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
1 1/2 lbs. flank, round or shoulder steak
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste

In a shallow glass pan, combine Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce, lemon juice, onion and garlic. Add steak, turn to coat and marinate for one hour. Preheat grill. Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper and place on grill over medium hot coals. Grill until desired doneness (10 to 15 minutes for medium) basting often and turning once. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
