MIMI'S BAKED SPAGHETTI AND
MEATBALLS
 
1/2 (16 oz.) box spaghetti pasta noodles
1 (24 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
10 frozen Italian flavor meatballs
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil

In a pot, pour in sauce and heat on medium-high. Let it warm about 3 minutes, then drop in meatballs one by one. Cover and simmer, stirring often, about 20 minutes.

While your meatballs are simmering, heat up 1/2 box of spaghetti in boiling water with 2 tablespoons olive oil so they don't stick. Boil about 8 minutes or until soft.

Once your noodles and sauce are ready, pour into a baking dish of some sort. I use a casserole glass dish but you can also use a 9x13-inch square pan.

Mix together with a wooden spoon so your meatballs are spread around evenly. Top with 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°F covered for 15 minutes. Take off foil or lid and bake 10 more minutes so cheese can melt well. Let cool for 5 to 8 minutes.

Enjoy with baked French bread dipped in olive oil!
