FLATBREAD 
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. malt-o-meal cereal
2 1/4 c. flour

Mix buttermilk, water, soda, salt and sugar together. Add butter and stir in flour and malt-o-meal.

Take small amounts of dough and roll paper thin with grooved rolling pin on well floured pastry cloth. Cut in desired size pieces. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake on bottom oven rack and when slightly golden color turn with a spatula, then place on top rack and bake until nicely golden color. Bake at 375 degrees 7-10 minutes.
