PARMESAN FLATBREAD 
12 to 16 pita (pocket breads)
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 lb. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Excellent served with "World's Best Gazpacho"!

Split each pita horizontally into two rounds. Spread each round with melted butter, covering entire surface. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan and add paprika for color.

Cut each circle into quarters. Place on cookie sheets and broil until bubbly (watch carefully as these broil quickly). Serve hot or put in Ziplock bag and freeze.
