TOMATO FLATBREAD
1 (1 lb.) loaf commercial frozen white bread dough
1/2 c. canned pizza sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
3 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil

Thaw frozen bread dough, then roll out to fit a greased 11x15 inch baking pan. With a finger, poke deep holes in dough at 1-inch intervals. Blend pizza sauce with garlic salt and spread evenly over dough.

Sprinkle the cheese over the dough and drizzle with olive or salad oil. Let rise in a warm place about 20 minutes, or until almost doubled. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until edges of crust are well browned. Cut 2x5 inch strips. Serve hot. Makes 14 pieces.
