OATMEAL FLATBREAD 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Total cereal
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter

Mix like pie crust. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water. chill. Roll very thin, using fingers to flatten even thinner. Cut into squares. Bake 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes. Great with soups or dips.
