PRALINE CAKE TOPPING | |
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. pecans, coarsely chopped 1/2 c. sour cream 2 1/4 tsp. cornstarch Mix brown sugar and butter, sour cream and cornstarch. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles and gets thick, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans. Pour on cake. |
