POTATO SALAD FOR A CROWD 
12 lbs. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 doz. hard boiled eggs
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. dry Coleman's English Mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
6 onions, chopped

Mix ingredients together, one day prior to serving. Keep refrigerated. For 35 people.
