SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 sm. box of orange Jell-O
1 sm. can of crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 med. carrot, grated

Follow directions on Jell-O box, using one cup of hot water and 3/4 cup of cold water. Make Jell-O and chill in refrigerator. Let cream cheese get room temperature. Combine cheese and carrot, and pineapple. Fold cheese mixture into Jell-O and mix well. Congeal.
