SUNSHINE BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/2 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 bunch fresh cauliflower
1/2 c. raisins
1 sm. red onion, sliced thin
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing with salad and let stand 1 hour before serving.
