SUNSHINE SALAD BOWL 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
5 c. torn salad greens
11 oz. can (1 c.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings

Combine first nine ingredients in container with tightly fitted cover. Cover, shake well. Chill. Reserve a few orange sections and onion rings for garnish. In large salad bowl, combine greens, oranges and onion rings. Add dressing; toss lightly. 5 to 6 servings.
