FAVORITE SOUP 
Leftover cooked carrots & potatoes (mashed or boiled, peelings okay)
Milk
Salt & pepper

Carrots and potatoes can be prepared especially wash, chop into 1/2" chunks, boil until potatoes are thoroughly soft.

In a saucepan, pour over 2 cups of milk per person. Add carrots, potatoes, seasoning. Simmer at least fifteen minutes, until vegetables are thoroughly warm. Stir very frequently to avoid scorching the milk. Serve with cheese on toast or beans on toast.
