CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. wings
2 beaten eggs

Dip wings in eggs, then flour, brown on both sides, let stand 1 hour. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Combine all ingredients for sauce. Put chicken in shallow pan and pour sauce over and let sit overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes uncovered.
