1/3 c. melted butter 1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk 3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. lemon juice Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Pat in the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan (spray with Pam). In a large bowl mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweet milk, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool - remove sides of pan. Garnish was desired. |
