BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches of broccoli; cut into flowerets
1/4 lb. bacon; fried and crumbled
1/2 med. red onion; sliced
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. Cheddar cheese; shredded

DRESSING:

1 c. mayo
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together. Pour on salad. Chill.
