MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Mix together everything except soup. Form into small meatballs. Brown meatballs in deep frying pan. After they are browned on all sides, pour the 2 cans of tomato soup over them. Then fill each can with water and also pour in pan. Cover, stirring occasionally over medium heat for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Be sure to stir so they don't stick to pan and burn. Serve over cooked egg noodles. They also ban be served as appetizers without the noodles.
