MEAT BALLS NAPOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. beef broth
1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans, drained
Rice or spaghetti

Combine beef, bread crumbs, celery, onions, egg, seasonings and 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add water if necessary.

Form into 12 meatballs, 1/4 cup each. Place in a greased, shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Meanwhile blend cornstarch, 1 cup beef broth and remaining spaghetti sauce. Add green beans and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over meatballs; continue baking 10-20 minutes longer. Serve with rice or spaghetti. May sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. 5-6 servings.
