CORN OYSTERS 
1/2 can cream style corn
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. crackers, crushed

Stir all together. Fry in deep fat, by dropping from spoon. Turn to brown. Do not over cook. Can be cooked in French fry cooker or iron skillet. Do only 6 at a time. They cook very fast. Keep them hot while draining on paper towels. They can be frozen and reheated in oven.
