EASY PINEAPPLE-LIME RING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello lime flavor (or flavor of choice)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and juice. Gradually add gelatin to cream cheese; mix until blended. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour into 6-cup ring mold. Chill until firm.
