PINEAPPLE NOODLE RING | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad noodles 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 4 eggs Cook noodles 15 minutes; drain. Drain pineapple (save juice). (Combine 1/4 cup pineapple and 2 tablespoons brown sugar - set aside.) Mix rest of pineapple and juice, brown sugar, beaten eggs and melted butter. Add noodles and mix. Layer with pineapple and brown sugar into well buttered 1 1/2 quart ring. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. For double recipe, 50 minutes. |
