3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
8 1/4 oz. can pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced banana
1 c. nuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients. Add pineapple, oil, eggs, vanilla, bananas, nuts. Mix well - don't beat. Pour into greased pan - tube. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Brush top with butter when hot.
