PINEAPPLE RINGS PIZAZZ | |
1 (16 oz.) pineapple rings 1 1/4 c. pineapple juice from can 1/4 c. brandy 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. butter Place rings in shallow baking pan. Bring juice to boil with brandy and butter. Mix flour and sugar together and very slowly add this to boiling juice. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour over rings and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
