CINNAMON BREAD | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. butter 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2). 2. Stir together 2 tbsp. cinnamon with 4 tbsp. sugar. Set aside. 3. Mix all ingredients together (except for cinnamon-sugar mixture) for 2 minutes on medium. 4. Spread half the batter into the 2 pans. 5. Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. 6. Pour remaining batter over the mixture and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. 7. Twirl knife through better to get marble effect. 8. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. 9. Let pans cool for 5 minutes and remove to wire racks. Can be frozen after cooled. |
