1 c. pumpkin pudding
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 box spice cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water

Mix above ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
