CINNAMON BREAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar and 4 tsp. cinnamon, mixed together

Mix all together. Put 1/2 in 2 bread pans. Add brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
