1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk together in saucepan and bring to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Stir until cool enough to spoon over cake or brownies. (Will thicken as it cools.) Can also be used as an ice cream topping.
