CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 pkg. sausage links, cut up
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz.) stewed tomatoes

Lightly brown sausage in skillet, then brown chicken in same skillet. Remove fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

Cover and simmer 45-55 minutes; stir occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
