2 c. Cookie Mix
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Shape dough by teaspoonfuls into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake until light brown 10 to 12 minutes.
