2 c. cookie mix
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, shape dough by teaspoonfuls into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet and cool. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
