PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES | |
1 roll refrigerator peanut butter cookie dough 2 pkgs. miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups 1 mini muffin pan Heat oven as recommended on cookie dough package. Slice cookie dough into 1" thick slices, then cut slices into quarters. Place each quarter slice into muffin pan (pointed end up). Bake 8 minutes. Have Reese's cups unwrapped and ready when cookies come out of oven. Immediately push Reese's cups into cookie, mashing it down. While still in the pan, let set on cabinet 10 minutes then refrigerate 10 minutes. Using knife, remove cookies from pan when chilled. |
