CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 box Uncle Bens 5 minute long grain and wild rice (6.25 oz.) cooked as directed 2 c. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. cream of celery soup 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 bunch broccoli, cooked Mix all ingredients except broccoli and place 1/2 in greased 9x12 pan. Place broccoli on top and cover with remaining 1/2 of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Place buttered bread crumbs on top last 10 minutes. Allow 10 minutes before cutting. |
