GOLDEN BROWN OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast halves skinned and boned
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well. Dip chicken breast halves in sour cream mixture and dredge in stuffing mix. Place chicken in a slightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Drizzle with butter and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 8 servings.
