CUSTARD PIE 
3 prepared pie shells
1 dozen egg yolks
3 c. sugar
3 sticks butter, melted
3 cans evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whip egg yolks together while gradually adding sugar. Add melted butter, evaporated milk, flour and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pie shells. Bake approximately 1 hour or until golden brown. Makes 3 custard pies.
