IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. bisquick
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut, fold in

Mix first 6 ingredients with a mixer. Fold in coconut. Pour into 10 inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
