IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Blend in blender 2 minutes. Bake in 9 or 10 inch lightly greased pie pan at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
