EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs until lemon colored and blend in dry ingredients. Add melted butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a pastry shell and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
