1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs until lemon colored, blend in dry ingredients. Add butter and milk; mix well. Pour into a shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
