GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. red onion, cut in thin strips
1 lb. frozen ground beans
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. toasted almonds

Saute garlic, mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in onion. Set aside. Steam or cook beans in small amount of water until tender crisp. Drain. Combine beans and mushrooms. Add pepper and dill weed. Garnish with nuts. Serve immediately.
