COMPANY CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. butter
8 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Heat butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, garlic, and 1/4 cup water. Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10 to 12 minutes. Blend next 4 ingredients. Stir into cabbage. Heat through but do not boil. Sprinkle with caraway. Serves 6.
