CREAMED CABBAGE OR LETTUCE 
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Shredded cabbage or lettuce

Add sugar to cream and stir until sugar is dissolved. Then with wire whisk, slowly add vinegar and mix well. (Adding vinegar first will sour cream). Pour over cabbage or lettuce and refrigerate a while before serving.
