SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Butter dish. Dice potatoes in dish. Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour over potatoes. Combine corn flakes and butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
