TASTY PORK CHOPS | |
4-6 pork chops (not thin cut) 2 tbsp. butter 1 can mushroom soup 1 lb. can mixed chop suey vegetables (undrained) 1/2 c. uncooked rice Brown chops on both sides in butter. Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into lightly greased casserole or 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Place chops and drippings on top of rice mixture. Bake at 350°F for one hour. |
