POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. sausage 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 4 c. cooked sliced potatoes 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas, thawed Brown the sausage and add onion. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, salt and milk. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add potatoes and peas. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Variation: you can also add cooked carrots. |
