POTATO-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
6 med. potatoes 1 lb. sausage 1 med. onion, chopped 1 pkg. brown gravy mix Salt and pepper to taste Butter Leaving skins on, slice potatoes on bottom of dish, salt and pepper and butter to taste. Slice sausage thin and layer over potatoes. Final layer should be potatoes. Saute onion, add to brown gravy mix. Pour over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
